What the school records, why it records it, and who can see it.
Only what you type into the admission enquiry form: the parent’s name, the child’s name, the class, a mobile number, an email address and anything you add yourself. Nothing else is gathered from your visit.
So that the admission office can call you back and write to you. The email address you give becomes the address the school writes to about that child: the offer, the fee, the documents and, later, the diary and the progress record.
The school’s own staff, and only those whose work requires it. An enquiry sent from this website can be written into the school’s records but cannot be read back from the website by anybody.
Name, date of birth, class, photograph, family details, address, transport, attendance, marks, medical room visits, gate records and the government numbers the Board requires. This is the school’s record and it is kept for as long as the law requires.
A parent signs in to the parent app with the email address held on the child’s record, and sees that child alone. No parent can see another family’s record.
The school does not sell or rent anything it holds. Information is given to the Board, to the education department and to any authority entitled to it by law, and to nobody else.
Records are held on Google Cloud servers. Email is sent through the school’s mail service.
To correct anything the school holds about your child, call the office on 99964-23888. A correction is made where the record is kept, so that it is right everywhere at once.
