The registration fee of covers the cost of processing an application. It is not refundable, whether or not a place is offered, and it is not adjusted against any other fee.
The admission fee of is charged once, on a first admission. It is not refundable once the child has been admitted.
Fee is payable by the th of each month. A month that has begun is charged in full. If a child leaves during the session, fee already paid for months that have begun is not refunded; fee paid in advance for months that have not begun is refunded.
Transport is charged monthly and follows the same rule as the monthly fee. A family that stops using the bus should tell the office in writing; the charge stops from the following month.
Where a place has been offered and the family decides not to take it, any fee paid other than the registration and admission fee is refunded in full.
A refund is paid to the bank account from which the fee came, within twenty-one working days of the school accepting the request. Nothing is refunded in cash.
Write to the school office, or call 99964-23888 and the office will record the request. You will be told in writing what has been decided and when the money will reach you.
